Day 18 Whatever Tickles my Fancy- 30 Day Shred!

I got proactive, I've been to 3 different places looking for the 30 day shred book, and I can't find it!!! Do any of ya'll know where I can find it at?? *And any other diet tricks, tips, would be wonderful! :)


  1. Water! Replace all drinks with water, and drink lots of it a day. When I first did this, 4 years ago, I dropped 10 pounds in less than a month. It is also really good for your skin!

  2. I wish I could to that 30 day shred but my knee won't allow it. :( Have you checked They have a ton of amazing things on there! I'm currently trying to lose 25 lbs. I'm about half way there. In the past I was on Weight Watchers and lost almost 40 lbs, but then I gained it back over the course of meeting my hubby and having a baby. Now I'm doing it on my own and just counting calories.

    I can't stress enough that journaling is one of the main keys to weight loss. Write down everything that you put in your mouth, even beverages and how many calories (if you're counting calories). I have an account on and it is awesome. It tracks your calories and gives you smiley faces when you do a good job that day. It also tells you that if you continue having days like the current day you could weigh this on such and such a day in the future, etc. It's $9/month but it's awesome. has something similar to it for free and also is free.
